  • Step 1:

    New patients start with a 30 min consultation. It can either be with a view to botox/lip fillers specifically, or more general if you'd like an overall facial assessment & treatment plan. Our consultations are open, honest & always with your goals & budget taken into consideration, and your best interests at heart.

    Step 2:

    We can carry out shorter treatments at your initial consultation appointment if you wish, provided you're suitable and we're both happy to proceed. Equally if you'd rather go away and think about it, you can book your treatment for another time. There's no pressure to proceed on the day!

    If you've booked a general consultation for more in-depth treatment planning, our time is spent discussing your concerns & giving you treatment options. This is a shared decision making process, whereby you have full input into your treatment plan. You'll then go home to consider your options & book accordingly.

    Step 3:

    If you're a regular treatment patient (botox, skinboosters etc), you'll book a repeat treatment in a few months time

    If you're following a more in-depth treatment plan, you'll require a few appointments, so we'll guide you how best to book those.
